Savannah River Winds, under the direction of conductor Richard D. Brasco, is comprised of band directors, university professors, college students, and musicians from a variety of professional and vocational fields from the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA). SRW is a recipient of The Sudler Silver Scroll, North America’s Most Prestigious Award For Community Concert Bands.
